Executive Order

In the
exigency
of service and for
the purpose of fast-
tracking the world's
revolution around
the Floating
Kingdom: I,
by virtue of the powers
entrusted to me
by the chilling winds
and whispers of rains,
do hereby order
the moon, the stars
and the only Sun
to clean up the Milky Way
so that when the
revolution is completed
within nine months
my successor
would find it easy
to volt in with us--mortals.
So ordered.
